Fire emergency drill will be carried out on the production line

On May 19, Haichen company's production line carried out an emergency drill for fire accident, and more than 30 production line cadres and employees, and related personnel of the Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection participated in the drill.



In the simulated production process, the temperature of the film - coated machine is raised, resulting in a fire. On-site operation staff should put out fire while alerting, the production line should immediately arrange staff to check whether the temperature reduction is effective, and organize staff to evacuate from the safety exit in an orderly manner. In order to get closer to the actual situation, the production line set a brazier at the door of the workshop to restore the real fire scene. The participants experienced the fire-fighting process in turn, and the security personnel even taught the fire-fighting skills of "near first, then far, and right and left strafing". Finally, the fire was put out and no one was injured. The drill was successfully completed. Through summary, there are still some problems in the process of evacuation, such as not using sleeves, covering mouth and nose with a handkerchief, not bending forward, and not considering wind direction and inaccurate station position when some employees put out a fire. These shortcomings will be improved in the future.
