This 6 mil plastic sheeting was used as a moisture barrier between a concrete basement floor and vinyl plank flooring. It worked as needed - this was by far the best value I was able to find. The sheeting is somewhat see-through, which can be useful if you are making markings on the concrete. It is folded in half once on the role, so once it is rolled out and cut, some effort is needed to try and flatten out.
